Based 5 days a week in our Portsmouth office

Full Time, Permanent Role

Monday-Friday

£42,000-£48,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an exciting bonus to boost your earnings!

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we help staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and efficiently.

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met with precision and efficiency. This role will manage client relationships and guide account personnel to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction.

Every day you will…

  • Oversee the daily management and delivery of contracts.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for trust complaints and issues post-ABP intervention.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Guide and support account personnel in contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Experience working in the Private or Public Healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
