About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills who enjoys working with others to generate ideas and offer solutions to present data in a meaningful way.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the team, working directly with the Contract Performance Manager. You will oversee a portfolio of contract reports ensuring our data is accurate, clear and informative, as well as contributing to our team and organisational development.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in data and has experience using Excel to turn data into information to provide essential insights into our services and fulfil our contractual reporting requirements. A team player who can work under their own initiative with an inquisitive nature.

You will form part of Finance function supporting the overall integrity of contracts and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and timely commissioner reports, extracting data from our In-Form (CRM) database.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, visually appealing dashboards.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Support data projects, including design and validation.
  • Continuously improve reports for efficiency.
  • Design of reporting metrics and KPIs for new contracts.
  • Present data clearly using graphs and charts for key insights.
  • Support In-Form Coordinator and manage relevant Freshdesk inquiries.
  • Identify and address data quality issues with solution-oriented approaches to increase data integrity.
  • Always maintain data protection and confidentiality.

The salary for this role will increase to £30,014 from 1st February 2025. The year 2 salary will be £30,736, rising to £31,457 in year 3.
