Our client, a well-established fire protection service in Horsham, is searching for two highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrators to join their growing team.If you have strong administrative skills and thrive in a customer-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The Role:
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
  • Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on job progress.
  • Update client contract terms via the CRM database.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
The Candidate:
  • Proven experience in administration (essential).
  • Exceptional customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
  • A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in engineer scheduling (a bonus, but not required).
What's in It for You?
  • Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service-and your birthday off!
