Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000neg + discretionary bonusBenefits: Company vehicle & comprehensive benefits package The role of the Contracts Manager - Commercial Cladding Systems will involve:

• Contracts Manager position dealing with a high quality range of commercial cladding systems
• Managing all aspects of the contracts from the tender stage all the way through to the completion
• Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
• Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
• Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
• Procuring required materials to ensure project is completed smoothly
• Overseeing project designs and making amendments where required
• Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
• Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems
• Managing projects that range in value between £500k to £3m

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager - Felt Roofing Systems industry with:

• Must have a Contracts Manager experience within the commercial cladding markets sector with a working knowledge of rainscreen systems
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Sound knowledge of current building and fire regulations
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
• Confident and articulate

• Ability to plan and organise deliverables
