Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from an Estimating background looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee dynamic projects from planning to completion within a multimillion pound company providing the autonomy to make the role your own as you work on projects regionally around London and the UK?

This company provide interior design and installation solutions within the commercial industry all around the UK, they have been operating for 22+ years and seen continual growth year on year. They specialise in the planning, estimating and installation of various corporate interiors, and are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in estimating and management to oversee ongoing projects.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through site visits to assist on quotations, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and site management. You will work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across London and the UK.

This dynamic role would suit a Contracts Manager from an estimating and management background, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established company who offer the opportunity to make the role your own.

The Role:

• End to end project and cost management
• Carry out site visits- primarily across the London and the South East (with some further travel)
• Estimating and ensuring accurate pricing for new projects
• Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site
• 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or similar
• Estimating background
• Commutable to Harlow
• Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving Licence
