Location: Belfast or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + up to £10,000

Benefits: Car allowance (£350p/m), pension, death in service & 25 days annual leave

The role of the Contracts Manager - Fall Protection Systems will involve:

• Contracts Manager position managing multiple projects for a range of fall protection systems
• Producing job packs for installations and service including load lists, RAMS and safe work systems
• Provide marked up drawings to ensure installations are completed accurately
• Regularly liaise with the clients providing excellent customer service
• Ensure site visits are carried out to conduct quality checks and audits
• Managing stock levels and ensuring all installers have stock/equipment to complete project
• Managing circa 30 Site Technicians
• Resolve onsite issues in a timely and professional manor
• Overseeing projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £300,000

The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager - Fall Protection Systems with:

• Must have Contracts / Project / Site Management experience within the construction industry
• Would consider Site Supervisors / Foreman looking to take the step up
• Ideally will have experience within the building envelope or related market sectors
• NEBOSH/IOSH qualified or willing to acquire
• Must be comfortable working at height
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Must be a resilient individual who is able to deal with any issues
