THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement the agreed contracts market strategy to achieve budgetary objectives.
- Develop customer strategy and relationships.
- Working with our planning team to deliver accurate customer forecasts.
- Responsible for the identification, acquisition and growth of local housebuilders within a defined geographical territory
- Ensure accurate records are made and maintained using CRM
- Identifying specific customer category variances and brand opportunities, implementing growth plans where there is a profitable business opportunity
- Deliver unrivalled, consistent high levels of customer service to your customers
- Acting as an ambassador for Electrolux and ensuring a feedback loop is created back into the business to help shape the future of our channel and its strategy
- Working as part of a team to deliver the Channel strategy
