Contracts Manager - Kent & London - Up to £60,000 Plus Benefits

Due to expansion, PW Construction are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who has experience with both Mechanical & Plumbing projects across Kent & London. The successful candidate will be working for a well established business who have over 100 staff across multiple offices in the U.K. 

Skills required

• You must hold a black card (Essential)
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Produce clear, accurate and defined scope of work instructions to sub-contractors to ensure accurate deliver within works timeframes.
• Regular site visits to scope works/projects, monitor works progress, and ensure client expectations are met.

Job Details:

• Up to £60,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have several year's experience in a similar role and currently hold a Black CSCS card.
