Contracts Project Manager - A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd : Job Details

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a well establish and fast growing construction company based in Basildon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
• Carry out site survey inspections
• Complete Site Audit reports on the system
• Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
• Create work schedules for fitters on the company SIMPRO system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
• Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
• Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client’s quotation and project requirements

Requirements:

• Must have some industrial flooring background
• Must have a full clean UK driving License and must be willing to travel

Schedule: • Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

• This role is office based in Basildon, but there will be a requirement to travel to different sites across the region on a daily basis
