What You’ll Do

• Oversee responsive repairs and smash performance targets.
• Ensure top-quality service with inspections, KPIs, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company at client and resident meetings.
• Lead, manage, and develop a talented team.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in Responsive Maintenance supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• SSSTS or SMSTS Health & Safety Qualified
