Control Centre Supervisor

Location - Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours of work - 42 hours per week on a shift patterns spanning Monday - Sunday, including days and nights. 4 on 4 off shift pattern

We’re looking to recruit a Control Centre Supervisor to join our Security Control Centre team based in Motherwell. In this role you’ll be responsible for focusing the Security teams on providing excellent customer service to all customers; ensuring compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies. You will control and deliver the security rotas ensuring correct manning levels and compliance are maintained to ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are provided to the client and customers at all times.

This role will require some administrative tasks that may include security vetting new starters across the business and being involved in recruiting new members of the control centre security team. As someone who is professional, friendly, helpful and passionate about keeping people safe, you’ll be a fantastic asset to our organisation.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• IOSH (desirable)
• Further Education in Security Management (desirable)
• Vigilance with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with radio communications
• Willing to work with their manager and team to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
• Administrative experience and efficient user on Microsoft packages
