- Conduct title searches, review contracts, and prepare legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
