Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established law firm in Sheffield, committed to providing top-quality legal services to their clients who are looking to expand their team and are seeking an experienced and licensed Conveyancer to join them. 

The Role:As a Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, working closely with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth property transactions. You will have a hands-on role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of residential property law, ensuring all legal requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancer:

• Manage and progress a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to provide clear communication and advice.
• Conduct property searches, review contracts, and handle legal documentation.
• Handle enquiries, deal with legal issues, and offer professional guidance throughout the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client expectations.

Experience and Qualifications of the Conveyancer: 

• Licensed Conveyancer - PQE minimum 2 years (CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or equivalent).
• Experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of managing your own caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
