Residential ConveyancerSt Albans, Hybrid £35,000 - £40,000 – Potential of flexibility depending on experiencePermanent Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and client-focused environment? We’re partnering with a well-established law firm in St Albans that is seeking a skilled individual with conveyancing experience to join their Residential Property team.The RoleThis role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of buying and selling property
• Ensuring smooth progress of transactions through proactive communication with clients, agents, and lenders
• Supporting senior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
• Attending networking events and building strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential conveyancing with a strong understanding of property law
• Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset towards business development
• IT proficient with experience using case management systems

What’s on Offer

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, with potential for more depending on experience
• Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
• Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
• Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (after probation)
