We’re partnering with a well-established law firm in St Albans that is seeking a skilled individual with conveyancing experience to join their Residential Property team.The RoleThis role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of buying and selling property
- Ensuring smooth progress of transactions through proactive communication with clients, agents, and lenders
- Supporting senior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
- Attending networking events and building strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential conveyancing with a strong understanding of property law
- Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset towards business development
- IT proficient with experience using case management systems

- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, with potential for more depending on experience
- Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
- Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
- Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home (after probation)
