The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
• Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive).
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage transactions from instruction to completion.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
