Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with excellent communication skills? We have a new and exciting opportunity to work for one of our key Legal firms near Salford. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to support the conveyancing team. Working full time hours Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. Paying £24,000- £26,000 depending on experience.What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Assistant?

• You will be supporting the conveyancing team
• Managing a busy workload
• Being the first point of contact for visitors
• Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
• Assisting with the production and editing of confidential documents, letters and correspondence.
• Audio dictation
• Updating the in house CRM system
• Working to deadlines and timeframes
• Opening and closing files
• General office admin support
• Putting together bundles and court documents

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• You may have experience working across the legal field, in particular conveyancing and looking for a new role.
• We are open to hear from experienced typists, secretaries, receptionists and administrators, who are looking for a new opportunity.
• You will be experienced as either an audio or digital typist, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team and willingness to learn and develop.
