I am looking to speak to a Conveyancing Assistant with a minimum of 6 months experience who is looking to join an outstanding L500 firm in Huddersfield. This opportunity to work alongside a Senior Fee Earner will offer you fantastic career progression.
It is essential that you have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant to be considered for this role – applications from those without will not be accepted.
Key Tasks
- Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents
- Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
- Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries
- Ordering searches
- Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork
- Setting up completions
- Issuing Mortgage reports to clients
