Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a local law firm in their search for a conveyancing assistant. This is the ideal role for an individual with strong conveyancing experience looking to make an impact into a well-established team and environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and providing quotes
- Sending out Contract Packs
- Completing matters and producing the documents for exchange and completion
- Preparing SDLT Forms
- Applying for searches
- Preparing legal documents
- Preparing Completion Statements
- Updating clients and agents
You'll be perfect for the role if:
- Have prior conveyancing experience
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client care and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Ability to use diplomacy, tact, and sensitivity when dealing with others
- Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy with figures
Benefits:
