Conveyancing AssistantAre you an experienced Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or Conveyancing Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Brighton is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Residential Real Estate team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, assisting fee earners on high-quality property matters. You will be working alongside a team of experts, including partners, senior solicitors, and paralegals, gaining exposure to a wide variety of work while further developing your skills.The Role:

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to one or more fee earners
• Assisting with a busy caseload of residential real estate matters
• Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and efficient manner
• Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Maintaining and managing case files with accuracy and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or Conveyancing Assistant
• Strong secretarial and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
