Conveyancing Executive

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or equivalent, or an experienced Fee Earner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm of solicitors, working within their busy Conveyancing team as a Fee Earner.

You will manage your files from inception to completion, dealing with conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties including sales and purchase, re-mortgages. Establishing relationships with clients and external agencies, ensuring everyone is updated promptly on the progress of each case.

Qualifications/skills required:

• Manage all aspects of the caseload,
• Exhibit confidence in decision-making and judgment
• Communicate in a clear and effective manner, both in writing and verbally
• Operate with minimal supervision
• Perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Delegate tasks effectively and appropriately

Job Type: Full-time Permanent 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Hybrid working

Salary 30 - 45k
