£30-38,000 per annum

Conveyancers are required to join a Newcastle-based well-known business permanently on a remote working basis.
As a Conveyancer / Fee Earner Conveyancer, you will ideally have a conveyancing Qualification or CILEX qualification or alternatively highly experienced in residential conveyancing.
Conveyancer Fee Earner duties include;
- Providing conveyancing auction transactions through to completion with set timeframes as required
- Working on a range of different transactions with varying levels of complexity including repossession, those from probate matters, and overseas investors
- Managing two conveyancing assistants who will support you with your conveyancing caseload
- Draft legal documents as required for both purchases and sales
- Check land registry documents and title deeds for unregistered land
- Providing good customer service promptly with updates both by phone and by email
As the Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will have;
- Experience of a minimum of 12 months of conveyancing experience
- Conveyancing qualification, CILEX, or significant experience in residential conveyancing
- Experience of unregistered property and title checks on leasehold
- Have experience in handling high-volume caseloads of 60+
