Conveyancer Fee Earner  Liverpool  £25,000 – £38,000  My client, a leading law firm in Liverpool, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer Fee Earner to join their successful Residential Conveyancing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that’s committed to delivering exceptional service.  As a Conveyancer Fee Earner, you will:

• Assist the Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages)
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
• Prepare files for exchange and completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, keeping them updated on progress
• Conduct due diligence on title deeds, searches, and mortgage offers
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards

  What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
• Legal qualifications such as CILEx (desirable but not essential)
