TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established high-street law firm, looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to work in a growing Property department. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be integral to the team working alongside an experienced Solicitor, Paralegals, and Legal Assistant. The role promises a high volume of administrative responsibilities, offering the chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle initial client inquiries professionally, providing accurate cost estimates.
  • Manage incoming calls from clients and external parties, ensuring top-notch client service.
  • Coordinate contract packs, Land Registry documents, and searches.
  • Carry out pre-completion searches and set up completions.
  • Oversee office post to ensure efficient document management
  • Support team targets with a collaborative approach.
  • Essential Criteria:

  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Previous experience of assisting on a Residential Conveyancing caseload
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
