Who are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting conveyancers with the management of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and carrying out searches.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Managing client files and ensuring all information is kept up-to-date.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining correspondence.
• Supporting the conveyancing team with compliance and regulatory requirements.
