Conveyancing Paralegal - TALENTWISE SOLUTIONS LTD : Job Details

Salary c£24,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to work for a well-established, multi office law firm, based at their office in Balsall Common, near Meriden. 

There are genuine training contract opportunities for eligible employees in the longer term. 

The role will involve:

• Opening new files
• Generating client care correspondence and completing client questionnaires
• Drafting of legal documents
• Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
• Managing and dealing with post-completion matters and registrations
• Closing files and arranging storage of deeds

Suitable candidates will have:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced Conveyancing department, in an SRA regulated law firm
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills

This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based, Working Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
