A well-respected law firm with offices across the Southeast is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing department in Worthing.
Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in property law to handle a range of responsibilities. The role will primarily involve fee-earning work, with some duties focused on supporting existing fee earners.
Key Duties:
- Oversee end-to-end conveyancing processes for property transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the process
- Utilise IT tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documentation and correspondence
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property transactions
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics in all dealings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
