Conveyancing Paralegal - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

We are delighted to be working with this Romford based law firm. They are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis.Salary: £23,000 - £26,000Typical duties include:

• Progressing property transactions, the whole way through the process
• You will be working in the area of residential and commercial conveyancing
• Drafting legal documents and contracts
• Carrying out post completion tasks
• Supporting fee earners
• Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients
• Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members

Candidate specification:

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Excellent organisation skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work to strong deadlines
• Experience using IT packages
• Team player
