Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner - Paignton, Devon

What will you do? 

Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include:

• Sales & purchases of residential property 
• Residential property investments and lettings
• Re-mortgages
• Shared & joint ownership matters
• Matrimonial transfers
• Probate sales
• New homes
• Help to Buy

What will you need? 

• To be an experienced residential property fee earner or paralegal 
• Having a qualification is not essential for this role...
• Senior Paralegals with at least 5 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload are encouraged to apply
