• Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing and organising client files.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries.
• Conducting property searches and preparing reports.
• Liaising with clients, Solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven conveyancing experience in fee-earning or support roles including secretarial positions.
• A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
• Skills: Must be able to hit the ground running, utilising prior experience effectively.
• Personality: Approachable, team player with a proactive attitude.
