A London firm in west London is looking for a Junior Conveyancing Paralegal. 

You will have the opportunity to join a successful and client-centric practice with a strong property department. 

The firm has a strong reputation locally, with great relations with local estate agents. 

Additionally, due the client base you will have the opportunity to work on commercial property matters as well.

Your Conveyancing Paralegal role will include assisting with:

• Freehold and leasehold
• Sales and purchases
• Leases
• Probate properties

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will:

• Have 6-12 months’ experience in conveyancing matters in a UK private practice law firm (this is essential)
• Live in west London/Middlesex/Surrey
• Have good academics
