Conveyancing Paralegal - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

This well-respected and friendly Wiltshire firm is looking for a paralegal to support the residential conveyancing fee-earners in its busy Chippenham office.

What do you need?

• Must have at least 2 years of experience gained in residential conveyancing
• Be familiar with online systems e.g. those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
• Draft AP1s and TR1s

What will you do?

• Join a successful law firm, and established conveyancing team
• Assist on a varied caseload including sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new build
• Play a part in the continued growth of the department
