My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support their Residential Property department. You will work alongside an experienced team of solicitors and fee earners, assisting with a range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. - Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, property forms, and transfers.
- Conducting property searches, obtaining official documents, and reviewing titles.
- Managing client communications and providing updates on the progress of transactions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
- Supporting the team in ensuring that deadlines are met and legal requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a residential property department.
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal documentation.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
- Law degree or relevant qualification (desired but not essential).
