Description

  • Handling all aspects of residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Engaging with clients, solicitors, and estate agents on a daily basis.
  • Supervising and mentoring a small team within the legal department.
  • Ensuring all conveyancing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents relating to property transactions.
  • Managing and maintaining all client and transaction records.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of departmental procedures.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in conveyancing law.

Profile

A successful 'Conveyancing Paralegal' should have:
