A well-paid property opportunity with strong career progression has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant in Caterham. 

You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in conveyancing at a UK law firm. 

You will join a successful, multi-office law firm which has a strong conveyancing department, it offers strong career progression to those that work hard. 

The team is warm and welcoming to new staff and the firm is a highly desirable place to work, lots of its staff have been there for many years.  This position is an expansion role, it has been actively growing, having recently taken over two law firms. 

The firm is multi practice which includes private client, family, litigation, commercial and crime.  Your role will include:

• Submitting forms and applications 
• Processing property searches
• Liaising with clients, conveyancers and estate agents 
• Completions and post-completions
