Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary required on a temporary basisBased in Potters Bar area - lovely modern office environment Hours are 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunchStart date ideally the 1st week of Feb on a on-going basis  Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary:

• Must be experienced in dealing with Conveyancing files without having the work dictated
• Must have experience of opening files, drafting contracts, sending out client care letters, completing AP1 forms, Land Registry applications and Requisitions. 
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must be a self starter
• Must have a fast and accurate typing speed 

The ideal Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary must live local to Potters Bar or within a 1 hour commute max.  Hourly rate is up to £23.00 depending on experience, paid weekly in arears. Free on-site parking available. Pay is on a self-employed basis. If you are looking for a permanent position, there is potential for this role to go permanent but they are equally interested in candidates who are looking for temp roles only.
