Responsibilities:As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will:

• Prepare and manage legal documents essential for property transactions
• Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and various stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure efficiency
• Assist with administrative tasks to support a smooth workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
• A proactive and professional approach to tasks

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with current conveyancing processes and legislation
• Experience working in a law firm setting
• Additional qualifications in legal studies or conveyancing
