Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)Location: CroydonSalary: £40,000+ (DOE)

Premier Recruitment Group is working with a well-established law firm in Croydon to recruit a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable firm and manage a diverse and busy caseload in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Providing expert advice to clients, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and within deadlines.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
• Handling complex cases with minimal supervision.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
