Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
• Perform due diligence, including title checks and property searches.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders in the conveyancing process.
• Offer expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Comply with all regulatory and legal standards, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE specializing in conveyancing.
• Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
• In-depth understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Capable of managing a high-volume workload with efficiency.
• Detail-focused with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient with conveyancing software and legal technologies.
