Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include:

• Sales & purchases of residential properties across Devon & beyond 
• Re-mortgages
• Residential property investments and lettings
• Probate sales
• New homes
• Matrimonial transfers
• Shared & joint ownership
• Help to Buy

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least two years’ residential conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply
