Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner - Honiton, Devon

What will you do? 

• Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload to include:
• Sales & purchases of residential properties across Devon, Somerset & beyond 
• Re-mortgages
• Residential property investments and lettings
• New homes
• Matrimonial transfers
• Probate sales
• Shared & joint ownership
• Help to Buy

What will you need? 

• Either to be a qualified solicitor or legal executive OR...  
• Unqualified & part qualified fee earners will also be considered 
• At least two years residential conveyancing experience handling your own caseload
