A highly regarded client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec or Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload and provide support to the wider team on sales, purchases, remortgages, and a very small amount new build matters. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to join a firm that values its staff and offers a collaborative, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of c.100 residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages with support available
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient case progression and high-quality service.
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong organisational and time management skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of Property law.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
