Competent Conveyancer Required For Busy Team at Establish West Sussex High Street Firm

If your looking for a change of scene and enjoy a firm where there is no red tape or hoops to jump through in order to go about your daily business, look no further. The position would suit a competent conveyancer happy to share what is becoming and increasing caseload for the existing team, bringing stability and freeing up time for the Partner to continue growth.

Equally you may have your own designs on establishing yourself at a new practice with a view to becoming a partner yourself. The firm do not obstruct pathways to partnership, no serving an "arbitrary time" her, if you're someone who is ambitious and keen to generate work and build something, there are many examples to follow from existing partner who have achieved exactly that.

The Role: Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions (freehold / leasehold), providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be competent in managing their own conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain strong client relationships. You will benefit form an excellent support team, who will be there to provide everything you need to focus on the key aspects of completing your casework.

Solicitors, CILEX or CLC are all welcome, they key requirement for the role is to be able to manage you caselaod with minimum supervision ideally.
