Cook/Housekeeper, Mid Sussex District- £50-£60K gpa - Silver and Bow : Job Details

As Cook and Housekeeper, you will play a key role in a close-knit team dedicated to maintaining and running the stunning 200-acre estate. Your role involves cooking meals for the family and guests, managing the kitchen, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas. You will help design menus in collaboration with the family and cater for events like BBQs and dinner parties. Additionally, you will handle the shopping, food safety, and equipment maintenance.

In addition to cooking, you will take care of housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, bed-making, laundry, and wardrobe management. You will work with the Estate Manager to ensure the property remains well-maintained and assist with seasonal deep cleans and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team. A UK driving license is preferred, and knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
