Location: Yeovil, SomersetHours: 37 hours per week Pay: £26,300 P/A Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Coordinator to join the organisation immediately. As an Coordinator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team, acting as a key point of contact. As a Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- To support a team with all general administrative tasks.
- Leading performance reviews for a specialist team.
- Handle compliance documentation.
- Diary management duties and coordinating appointments.
- Raising purchase orders and handling invoicing.
- Liaise frequently with the Group Board to provide progress updates.
- Maintain records and updating accordingly.
The ideal Coordinator will have/be:
- Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Previous knowledge of housing maintenance is desired.
- Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates high standards of customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.
