Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure current and new Members are meeting Company Conduct and Membership rules
- Make appropriate verification checks for new and existing Member applicants - company & legal entity checks
- Client money handling assessments
- Record and maintain records of evidence of membership requirements for the Members’ companies
- Liaison with Members, requesting certain documentation and information – emails, letter, telephone
- Record evidence that are relevant to the Members profile such as HMRC registration for Anti-Money laundering, independent redress, ICO and RICS, or law society regulation.
- Monitor payments due
- Working closely with the compliance team, take appropriate action where documents received do not meet Conduct and Membership Rules
- Maintain shared inbox
Candidate Specification:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- A basic understanding of legal entities or property lettings contracts is desirable but not essential
- Must have customer service skills and experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
