Coordinator - Management Company - Fixed Term - SNG Formerly Sovereign Housing Association : Job Details

A fantastic new opportunity for a Coordinator to support our Management Companies team at Sovereign Network Group, SNG.

The role will be based out of our Basingstoke Office with some flexibility in our other locations on a 6 month Fixed Term basis.

The Role

To support the Management Companies Manager and the wider Management Companies team you will be responsible for delivering business objectives set out in the Corporate Plan. You will support the Management Companies Officers to help coordinate all compliance related activities, outputs deriving from our operational plan and provide general administrative support to the team.

• Coordinate all aspects of administrative work relating to management companies and agents
• Responsible for maintaining and updating electronic data bases that collates all the management company information
• Support the team to deliver the right outcome for our customers in a safe and timely way
• Assist Man Co Officers in their investigations to resolve disputes effectively with the Management Company
• Aid the Man Co Manager/ Officers in writing policies and procedures
• Coordinate the collection of certification and documentation, identify any gaps and look to resolve these
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and other agencies

What we're looking for:

• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Working with External Management Companies preferred
• Experience of Section 20 Consultations
• The ability of resolving complex queries efficiently
• Basic understanding of building safety legislation and good practice
