Role Responsibilities

Income events

• Preparation of event data using external vendors and custodial sources,
• ?Crediting and debiting trading book Profit and Loss sheet,
• ?Event reconciliation of trading and custody positions with settled depot holdings and market claims,
• ?Posting of market claim and depot holding settlements,
• ?Payments to custody clients,
• ?Resolving unreconciled cash nostro differences relating to corporate action income.

Stock Events

• ?Preparation of event data from external and custodial sources,
• ?Daily maintenance of corporate action diary,
• ?Interaction with traders/trade support and adjustment of trading positions,
• ?Processing instructions from traders, safe custody clients and external counterparties through to custody providers,
• Provision of corporate action information to external clients as requested,
• Event position reconciliation between internal trading and custody positions and external settle depot holdings and market transactions,
• Resolving unreconciled stock event items on depot and trading position reconciliations.
• Processing corporate action and income events for custody clients,
• Distributing, accepting and instruction proxy voting for custody clients through internal interaction with Investment Banking ECM and externally with custody clients and custody provider.
