Your Role
- Oversee daily operations for legal entities and support the legal team with corporate responsibilities
- Prepare and file essential documents with government departments and authorities
- Draft corporate documents, maintain statutory records and keep secretarial files up-to-date
- Manage accurate and current Corporate Registers
- Liaise effectively with international clients, colleagues, advisers and regulatory authorities
- Handle KYC/Due Diligence documentation and conduct regular reviewsArrange for document execution and certification
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing the firm's corporate management system and filing
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the firm’s goals

What We’re Looking For
- Around 2-3 years of experience in a UK company secretarial role
- Ideally CGI qualified, but not a necessity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required
