Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and contract reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Lawyer with over 3 years experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience with a range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Strong client care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
