Working closely with the Head of Corporate, you will be responsible for:

• Advising on private M&A transactions
• MBO, MBI
• Share and asset acquisitions and disposals
• Incorporations and JVs
• Assisting more junior members of the team
• Representing the firm at external events, with others

The ideal candidate will be:

• A senior associate or associate on the cusp of promotion
• Working in London or the Home Counties
• A client-facing problem solver
• Detail orientated
• Ambitious and seeking professional development
